💡 The Knowledge Hub is your top of the information funnel. Its a place to capture interesting, surprising, and useful information from the web by using the Notion Web Clipper. Link back to these in your notes and projects using the '/link to page' command. Take time to Distill information from your knowledge hub into Resources.

<aside> 🛠️ Everyone's task management system is different which is why this area is simple. I have resources on how I like to manage goals and tasks but feel free to modify this to suit your needs and style. I personally use and highly recommend Motion.

<aside> 🛠️ Projects is where the magic happens. Start new project by brain dumping and linking all the sources from your knowledge hub, the resources you will need to complete it, helpful notes and plan out how you're going to complete it. There are 3 views here. 'By energy' is an easy way to stay ontop of how much energy you're giving things especially if you don't have strict deadlines.

<aside> 💡 Areas are different to projects because they don’t have end dates, you just keep doing them. An area can contain multiple projects. Start by brain dumping all the Areas of your life that you maintain responsibility for and then clicking the ‘New Area’ template inside. If you’ve used the relational database property in your projects database then the area will show you which projects are part of which area.
